A calf is born with a sterile gut. Within a short time period a calf is exposed to pathogens - during calving, from the colostrum and from the environment. Gastrointestinal infections of newborn calves present a serious problem to producers.

Directions for use: Add Calf GOLD™ to whole milk or milk replacer at the rate of three (3) grams (1 scoop) per calf twice per day starting with colostrum through weaning.
Each scoop feeds 1 calf (3 grams per calf). Feed twice per day.
Cool milk replacer to 120°F (48.89°C) or less before mixing in Calf GOLD™.
Provide fresh clean water to calves at all times.
